team.blue announces planned leadership transition: Ido Erlichman to succeed Claudio Corbetta as CEO

· Ido Erlichman joins as Deputy CEO from September 2026, assuming the Chief Executive Officer role from 1 January 2027

· Claudio Corbetta steps down after 26 years leading Register.it and team.blue; continues on the Board as Deputy Chair

Ghent, 3 September, 2026 — team.blue, the pan-European digital partner for small and medium businesses, today announced a planned leadership transition. Ido Erlichman, an experienced European technology leader, will join the company as Deputy CEO on 7 September 2026 and become Chief Executive Officer on 1 January 2027. He succeeds Claudio Corbetta, who steps down after 26 years leading Register.it and team.blue, and who will continue with the business as Deputy Chair of the Board.

The transition is the culmination of a two-year succession process initiated by Dawn Marriott, Executive Chair of the Board. Erlichman has been a strategic advisor to team.blue's SaaS division since 2024, giving him significant familiarity with the business, its leadership team and its markets ahead of taking on the CEO role.

Erlichman brings more than two decades of European technology leadership experience. He was previously CEO of Kape Technologies, a London Stock Exchange-listed digital security and privacy business, which he grew from approximately $38m in revenue to over $620m before its sale in 2023 at $1.58 billion equity value in one of the largest UK tech exits of that year. He is currently CEO of Outpost24, a global exposure management business backed by Vitruvian Partners.

Corbetta joined Register.it as CEO in late 2000, when the business had annual revenues of approximately €1m. Over the following 19 years he grew the company into Register Group, which in 2019 - following investment from Hg - combined with two other European technology businesses to form team.blue. He served as Chief Revenue Officer and then Deputy CEO of the combined group before becoming CEO in 2022. Under his leadership team.blue has more than doubled in size.

Claudio has built something remarkable over 26 years, and Ido is the right leader for team.blue's next phase. His experience of scaling technology businesses in Europe, his track record in disciplined M&A and platform building, and his two years already spent inside team.blue as a strategic advisor make him uniquely well-placed to lead the company forward.
