team.blue is pleased to announce the strategic acquisition of a majority stake in Ticimax, an innovative e-commerce platform specializing in multidirectional product and order management. The transaction strengthens team.blue's position in the e-commerce market and enhances its ability to successfully support businesses in managing their online presence across multiple channels and geographies.
Ticimax was founded in Istanbul in 2005. Today, it has over 230 employees serving more than 30,000 customers worldwide. It is renowned for its comprehensive platform that enables businesses to manage products, orders, and customer interactions from a single interface. Features such as a native mobile application, warehouse management system, and order management system empower companies to enhance their operations across their online stores. Ticimax has become a trusted partner for e-commerce businesses looking to streamline operations and improve customer satisfaction.
The acquisition of Ticimax will enable team.blue to offer a unique omnichannel experience to its customers — spanning physical stores, domestic and international websites, social media, call centers, mobile applications, and marketplaces. This enhancement of team.blue’s e-commerce offering will empower businesses to reach a wider audience, increase sales, and deliver a seamless shopping experience to their customers. It also reinforces team.blue’s footprint in Türkiye, where it already operates with leading brands such as Natro and Turhost, and employs over 120 team.blue experts.
The transaction is conditional upon receipt of necessary regulatory approvals, including antitrust clearance.
