team.blue brand Kolsquare expands its reach to Nordics via the acquisition of Woomio

Kolsquare, who joined team.blue in October 2024, announces the acquisition of Woomio, a Danish Influencer Marketing player, whose software connects marketeers and agencies with the tools necessary to discover influencers, predict campaigns and measure ROI.

Founded in Copenhagen in 2014 by Zeth Edwardsen and Torsten Petersen, Woomio is an end-to-end software solution enabling businesses to drive successful creator programs. The company serves over 300 successful agencies and brands in 16 countries with a strong focus on the Nordics (Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Finland).

Kolsquare is Europe’s leading Influencer Marketing platform, connecting customers with a global community of influencers on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), Facebook, YouTube, and Snapchat. The company was founded in 2018 by CEO, Quentin Bordage, and has been rapidly scaling its presence across Europe. After dominating the French market, it has since expanded to Germany and Spain in 2023, and most recently in 2024 to Italy and the UK.  

With the acquisition of Woomio, Kolsquare will continue their expansion across the Nordics to further consolidate their position as European market leader. Torsten and Zeth will stay on board to further grow Kolsquare's position in the Nordics with the Woomio team. Customers and partners of Woomio will continue using the product until early 2025, when they will be migrated to the Kolsquare platform. 

This transaction confirms team.blue's commitment to expand the geographical reach of their SaaS (Software as a Service) brands as it seeks to become the most trusted digital services group in Europe.
