Leadinfo announces the acquisition of Futy (futy.io), a Dutch SaaS startup whose software converts website visitors into customers using bots & widget templates.
Founded in 2020 by Guus Kolk, Emiel Kolk and Ghislaine Botden, Futy uses leadbots - chatbot-like applications - to convert website visitors into leads. The leadbots request vital information via WhatsApp and video calls and then pass it to the correct department or contact person within the organisation. This automated approach allows businesses to generate many times more leads than traditional methods.
Leadinfo, who joined team.blue in 2022, is one of the fastest-growing SaaS companies in the Netherlands, according to the Deloitte Fast 50. Leadinfo's software enables companies to identify their B2B website visitors and generate more leads. Leadinfo was founded in 2017 and serves more than 5,000 customers and 2,000 partners from its 5 offices across Europe.
This acquisition brings new and exciting software to team.blue, and in the first instance, it will broaden and elevate Leadinfo's product offering. Customers and partners of Futy can continue using the product as usual - in the future, they will be migrated to the Leadinfo platform.
